Building permitting Services You Can Trust

We work with homeowners, business owners, architects and construction companies from permit submittal to Certificate of Occupancy or permit closeout.

We handle the Permit Preparation, Submission, And Tracking of your Permit.  We work directly with your design team to report any comments received from each Agency and coordinate the responses and resubmit to the Agency.    We track the status of your permit daily and provide the status to you on a weekly basis, unless otherwise requested by Client.  Agency Permit Review fees are to be paid by the Client.  The Agency Review fees can either be paid by Permitting Expediting, LLC from an expense account funded by the Client at time of permit submittal or paid directly to the Agency by the Client when invoices are received.  Permit Expediting, LLC fees will be invoiced monthly and to be paid separately from the expense account by the Client.
